Scanning the structure of sodium chloride should bring up an Augmented reality version of the structure that you can manipulate.

Scanning the reaction mechanism should take you directly to the page that displays the corresponding interactive animated reaction mechanism.

If you have a copy of Organic Chemistry you can scan the cover or the diagrams/text near the little purple mouse icon in the margin of Chapters 1-19.

Chris Swain has kindly provided an AppleScript droplet to convert Jmol files into files suitable for AR in batches.
